BBQ Beast Glazed Shotgun Shells

Bbq beast glazed  shotgun shells

1 pound pork sausage

1 pound ground beef

8oz softened cream cheese

8 oz cheddar Cheese

1 pound manicotti pasta shells uncooked

About 1.5 pounds bacon

Bbq beast sauce to glaze

Mix together the meats and cheese in a mixing bowl

Stuff inside the manicotti shells gently

Wrap the shells end to end with the bacon so the entire thing is covered

Place in a smoker at 225 for roughly 2 hours

Until  the bacon begins to firm up

Once it starts to firm up you can raise the temperature to 350 for an additional hour the crip up the bacon

After 30 minutes at 350 begin to glaze the shotgun shells

Once the bacon is crispy and they are glazed remove from heat and rest for 5 minutes before enjoying to allow the juices to settle

Whisk to combine, and slater it on any meat you are smoking or BBQ’ing for a Beast of a treat!
